Santosh Nandiyath, Chief Financial Officer (Interim), leads the financial strategy and operations at Mindteck, ensuring robust financial governance and driving the company towards sustainable growth. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning while collaborating closely with the executive team to align financial goals with the company’s overall strategy.

Santosh is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in financial management and accounting. He has previously held the position of Finance Controller at Mindteck, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and managing audits. His experience includes significant contributions at esteemed organizations such as Deloitte, Ernst & Young (EY), CitiusTech, and Altisource.

Santosh is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University. He has further enhanced his expertise with a Diploma in IFRS and a Certificate in US GAAP from EY.
